The Banquet Facility at The Clinton Township Fire Company invites you to be our guest. We will host your event and provide you with an occasion to remember. The following menus should serve as a guide for your event planning. We have a fully equipped kitchen, bar and courteous staff who will accommodate you in every way. The food is at the customer’s discretion.

BANQUET FACILITY RENTAL
Confirmation of your function must be made as soon as possible. We require a deposit of $100 be paid in full at the time you decide to set a date with us. This will secure your designated date and time. The Banquet facility rental fee is $300. This amount covers the rental of the Hall. You will have the use of the hall for 4 hours from start of your function. Additional hours may be purchased at $50/Hr. The deposit is not refundable within 60 days of the event. The rental fee is due in full 30 days prior to the event.

BANQUET ARRANGEMENTS
We at the Clinton Township Banquet Facility would like to extend our catering service to you for your event. The following menus are only guidelines and we can make what you desire in any combination. For this service we require a $200 deposit at the time you decide to set a date with us. This deposit covers guaranteeing the Banquet hall, the set up and clean up of your event, your table linens, the bar set up, the cutting of the wedding cake, etc. The time limits on the Banquet hall are the same as under the Banquet Facility Rental.

GUARANTEE
We require a guaranteed guest count no later than two weeks prior to the event. Any cancellation after the guarantee period will result in a charge equal to the guaranteed number for the event.

PAYMENT
Full payment is expected at the end of your event. We accept payment by cash, check or credit card. A Gratuity is appreciated but is not compulsory.

ALCOHOL
The Banquet Facility is pleased to offer your guests a selection of alcoholic beverages. As a PA Liquor License holder, we are required to serve only those guests who are over the age of 21. Any alcohol consumed at your function must be purchased from the Clinton Township Banquet Facility.

We encourage you to visit the Clinton Township Banquet Facility to discuss your event with us in person. We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
