The Clinton Township Volunteer Fire Company thanks everyone who came out and made our 12th annual Beatlesfest a huge success! The Uptown Music Collective kicked off the night's festivities with a well rounded set of selections. Due to an unfortunate accident, Rubber Soul was unable to perform. However, Bob and Dave from Rubber Soul joined the students from the Uptown Music Collective for a few songs and sounded great. Abbey Road then took the stage for their first set and the British Invasion lived once again! As Abbey Road took a short break, Montgomery High School's "Banditz" awed the crowd with their renditions of select Beatles favorites. Abbey Road retook the stage in the guise of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and had those on hand reliving the Fab Four's unique style. One short break and costume change later, Abbey Road moved us on towards the end of the Beatles career and the end of our evening. It truly was a wonderful evening and CTVFC would like to once again thank all who made it possible... Everyone who took the time to join us, the bands and those who helped to put the evening together. Thank You!!!
